Overview
Our return and exchange policy lasts 03 days from the date of delivery. If 03 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, stained, defective, wrong, or incomplete. It must be unused, in the original packaging, with labels attached.
- The product received does not match the size ordered.
- If you receive an opened or unsealed box, please inform us immediately to avoid any claim issues.
- Exchanges during a sale or on a discounted product are only applicable if the product received does not match the product you ordered.
- Due to differences in screen colors or lighting during photo shoots, the exact color or texture may slightly vary from what is seen on screen. Products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
- These policies are applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan only.

Proof of Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must provide clear evidence (photos or videos) within 03 days of delivery. This is mandatory for us to address your concern effectively. Upon receiving your proof, our team will investigate promptly and ensure an appropriate resolution.
